Chelsea Sacked former Brighton manager Graham Potter on April 3rd following their 0-2 defeat to Aston  Villa at Stamford Bridge on April 3rd, 2023. After the sacking from Chelsea, Graham Potter was approached by Tottenham Hotspurs to replace outcast Antonio Conte but the former Chelsea boss declined the offer fast.

Since the sacking of Graham Potter, Chelsea are on the hunt for their new Manager to lead the club on a long-term project. Many huge candidate names are on the list in the pursuit of their club's new Boss such as Julian Nagelsmann, Luis Enrique, Zinedine Zidane, and Mauricio Pochettino are all on the market.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Julian Nagelsmann who was sacked shockingly by Bayern Munich came out as a favorite to lead the fresh Chelsea project. There is no doubt that Julian Nagelsmann is a big admirer of the London club and would love to grab this opportunity. However, Chelsea would have to compensate Bayern Munich if they employ their former Boss as mentioned in his managerial Contract.

On the other side after getting a surprise sack from the Bayern board, Julian Nagelsmann is also looking to make sure that his new adventure will be a long-term project with significant control, especially over the transfer policies. It has been reported that the Chelsea board is in constant contact with the former Bayern Munich Coach to find a solution as he is appreciated by the Club.

Today it has been reported by several media outlets that the former Barcelona and Spanish National Team Boss Luis Enrique was seen at Stamford Bridge in North London. There is nothing to think about the capabilities of Luis Enrique as his trophy room speaks for him, especially the treble season with Barcelona.

Luis Enrique presented his ideas to the Chelsea board today regarding how he will implement his philosophy on the current struggling squad which is 11th in the English Premier League Table. However, the contacts continue, and look like Luis Enrique is in pole position now as Julian Nagelsmann is also contacted by the PSG board to replace Christopher Galtier who will leave the French club in the summer.

Mauricio Pochettino and Zinedine Zidane are the two other elite names that are available and without a team to manage. However, both of them have not been contacted by the Chelsea board so far, on the other side it is reported that both of them are waiting and do not want to miss the mighty Real Madrid opportunity which will arrive in the summer as Carlo Ancelotti is getting closer towards Brazil National Team.

An English media outlet reported the return of Chelsea Legend and former manager Frank Lampard until the end of the season. The reason for this report is, it is possible that both Julian Nagelsmann and Luis Enrique may not be interested in taking the job right now and wait for the summer to take a fresh start next season.
