PAKISTAN CRICKET BOARD CONFIRMS THE SCHEDULE FOR THE T20I TRI-NATION SERIES TO BE PLAYED IN NEW ZEALAND IN OCTOBER 2022

Pakistan Cricket Board announced the fixtures details of the tri-nation series against New Zealand and Bangladesh to be held in New Zealand in October 2022. Where Pakistan will kick off the series by playing against Bangladesh.

This T20I tri-nation series will be played from 7th of October to 14th of October, 2022 just before the T20I World Cup in Australia. All fixtures/matches of this tri-nation series will be played at Hagley Oval, Christchurch.

Pakistan Team captain Babar Azam who missed the New Zealand tour previously due to thumb injury will be leading the side this time. He told media that he is really motivated to lead the team in this series and will try to get in rhythm before participation in the T20I World Cup. 

 Fixture details as confirmed by Pakistan Cricket Board are as follows:

1ST Match: Pakistan vs Bangladesh (12:00 Pm Pakistani Standard Time)

Date: 7th October, 2022.

2nd Match: Pakistan vs New Zealand (12:00 Pm Pakistani Standard Time)

Date: 8th October, 2022.

3rd Match: Pakistan vs New Zealand (08:00 Am Pakistani Standard Time)

Date: 11th October, 2022.

4th Match: Pakistan vs Bangladesh (08:00 Am Pakistani Standard Time)

Date: 13th October, 2022.

5th Match: Pakistan (if qualifies) vs TBA (08:00 Am Pakistani Standard Time)

Date: 13th October, 2022.
